Lu has been working for digital media research on interaction creative strategy, mobile marketing, and brand community as well as business practice in Wechat enterprise level. So far, he has serviced many famous brands, such as  Epson, Luzhou Laojiao, HEINEKEN, OPPO, Cheungclient network connection and creative media management, Wechat platform building, youth community marketing, HealthTencent Gongyi and Baidu, providing consultation including social School of Business (CKGSBT) Vantone Real Estate Co., Ltd, Tongrentang Kong Graduatestrategyon new media publication.


He is also a social activist and the founder of CAPE (a youth development online community). Lu was invited to give speeches at TEDxNanjing, 798 Ullens Center for Contemporary Art as well Microsoft NPO IT Day Program, and was selected to be a member of the 100 Most Promising Youngers in 2012 and Top 100 of youngers born after 1985 of Cityzine in 2014. In the meantime, He was the member of PepsiCo China CMO youth marketing private board of directors. In youth community field, Lu has
been exerting leading impact by social cooperation, and thereby supported hundreds of youth theme salons in more than 60 cities worldwide, which was reported by The Atlantic, ABC Broadcast National and South China Morning Post.
